4. Services and Transactions
   4.1 Service Listings: Game Caviar allows users to create listings for their services. As a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide in your listings.

4.2 Transactions: Game Caviar facilitates transactions between service providers and service seekers. Caviar Group Inc is not a party to any contractual agreements between users. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the services provided by users.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Content Ownership: By submitting content on Game Caviar, you grant Caviar Group Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

5.2 Trademarks and Copyrights: All trademarks, logos, and copyrights displayed on Game Caviar are the property of Caviar Group Inc or their respective owners. You agree not to use, copy, or distribute any of these without prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Information Collection: Caviar Group Inc collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Game Caviar, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the policy.

6.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information within our platform. However, Caviar Group Inc cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted or stored on Game Caviar. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect your data.

6.3 Information for California Consumers: This section provides additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).  In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information: (a) Information you give us directly (like your name, email, and the company you work for), and (b) Information automatically collected when you use our service (like your IP address and device information).

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information, to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caviar Group Inc, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of Game Caviar, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

Caviar Group Inc reserves the right to modify or terminate Game Caviar or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform after the modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
